I always hated going to school as a kid. The only class I liked was P.E. (Physical Education). Sometimes even that was bad. I always dreaded doing the mile runs. I’m willing to bet that most of you didn’t like going to school either. Sitting in the classroom getting lectured was never any fun. There were some good days when we got to watch a movie, or they’d tell us a story. I bet you perked up just like I did on those days. Imagine applying that same principle to your business.

We know people are indecisive, especially when they have several choices to choose from. Tell them a story about how your product is superior. Are you in customer service? You could use  customer service CRM software, and go through each aspect with a character. Maybe you’re a small business. Great! Use a CRM for small businesses to tell a story about certain features that you have. The point is you not only hold somebody’s attention longer, but you also differentiate yourself from the crowd. How many of those prospective customers will be looking at different presentations? I bet you they’ll have a hard time remembering 80% of them. This is a great way to stand out.
